During this time Elaine was always addressing any issues we might of had with great ease and has a great knack at getting things done.


Elaine made sure our property was maintained to its best standard for us and the tenants.


During the bushfires earlier this year, Elaine kept me up to speed with what was happening in and around the Bundanoon Community with updates and phone calls.


I would be very happy to recommend Elaine to anyone who wants there property managed to a high standard and because of her diligence over the last years when it comes time to sell I would list my House with Hindmarsh and Walsh exclusively as a result of her commitment to her service to her clients.

Ever since we bought our Bundanoon house back in early 2013, Elaine Angel has been managing the property.


We could not have had anyone better.


We learned quickly that Elaine is always on the ball. As soon as there is an issue, she is on the phone or sending an email about it, and as soon as she gets the answer she starts making things happen.


She has put together an excellent team of tradespeople who respect her and value the work she sends them. They respond quickly to her call-out and we have never been disappointed with the result.


Elaine’s attention to detail with paperwork is no less impressive and she has certainly made tax time easier for us, and for our accountant.


Early this year we informed Elaine that we were terminating our arrangement with her because we had decided to live in the property. Yet again we called on her advice and expertise for the work that needed doing, and she provided it willingly and generously.


We would have no hesitation in recommending Elaine as a managing agent and should we buy another investment property in the future, she is the only person we would want looking after it. We now consider her a friend.
