I found Vicki to be very responsive to communications around arranging inspections out of hours and liasing with dates/times.


I felt comfortable during the house inspection, with Vicki always available to answer questions but also not following you around while you needed time to do your own assessment (not always the case with some other agents).


This is a local agent who grew up in the area so Vicki has a deep understanding of the market and the properties in the area.


When it came down to making an offer and keeping us informaed of the negotiation, again Vicki was providing a good balance between serving our needs as well as looking after the Vendor and their needs.

When it cam time to sell the same house we first though of her because of our previous dealings. She had not changed except for becoming more experienced and was able to get things organised quickly and efficiently.


She organised a number of viewings and found a buyer that was genuinely interested in the property with this buyer quickly making an acceptable offer. The sale was then concluded in a very short time
